The Group of Twenty Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors is a group of finance ministers and central bank governors from 20 major economies: 19 countries plus the European Union, which is represented by the President of the European Council and by the European Central Bank.

NATO Summit (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) (1949)


 

Total Countries- 28 , HQ- Belgium and Secretary General- Jenus Stoltenberg (newly elected from Norway)

MTCR (Missile Technology Control regime) (1987):


It was established by G7 countries in April 1987, with motive to curb spread of unmanned delivery systems for nuclear weapons specifically delivery systems that could carry a minimum payload of 500 kg for a minimum of 300 km.

MTCR today is a group of 35 countries of which India is the most Recent Member.

 

Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) (1974):/font<>


Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) is a group of nuclear supplier countries that seek to prevent nuclear proliferation by controlling the export of materials, equipment and technology that can be used to manufacture nuclear weapons. NSG is a unanimous regime i.e. If any country goes against the decision the resolution is dropped.

NSG currently has 48 members; And India is expected to become the 49th Member of the group. Meeting is scheduled to be held on 24th June 2016 at Seoul, South Korea.
